Custom Curved Wrap-Around Patio Awning

The Hyatt Regency Newport Beach required a shade solution that matched their resort’s refined coastal aesthetic while delivering reliable performance for it’s high-traffic banquet patio area.

We designed, fabricated, and installed a custom curved wrap-around awning that elevated the banquet hall’s outdoor space with a clean, coastal look. They wanted a distinctive green-and-white striped design, so we crafted each stripe individually-cutting and joining every panel to achieve a perfectly aligned, tailored pattern across the entire curved patio.

The result is a standout shade feature that delivered resort-level style, reliable sun protection, and a polished visual identity for weddings, events, and outdoor gatherings.

A full-property outdoor enhancement feature four distinct custom-built coverage systems.

Third-Level Walkway Awnings 

On the upper level, we completed the project with a series of custom walkway awnings, also fabricated with Ferrari 502 fabric. These awnings offer consistent coverage, architectural cohesion, and long-lasting performance across the elevated walkways.

Bridge to Lanai Cover 

We replaced the aging cover with a new custom heavy-duty Ferrari 502 vinyl cover, fabricated for long-term performance and reliable weather protection.

Sun Glow Restaurant – Sail Shade Panels

For the restaurant patio, we designed custom white Polytex sail-shade panels, a premium screen material that delivers soft filtered light, luxury aesthetic and creates an inviting dining atmosphere while manning airflow and durability.

To improve functionality behind the scene, we fabricated and installed a custom sloped patio awning, providing dependable shade and weather protection for the staff work zone.

The cabanas combine clean architectural lines, premium materials, and tailored detailing-creating a standout pool environment that enhances comfort, privacy, and the signature SLS design.

Motorized Awnings Refresh & Restaurant Patio Cover

At the Regent Santa Monica Hotel, we revitalized the property’s outdoor spaces by replacing over 50 existing motorized retractable awnings, restoring a smooth, clean, and refreshed visual appearance across the entire facade.

To further enhance the hotel’s restaurant patio, we fabricated and installed a new custom heavy-duty vinyl cover using Ferrari 502 fabric.
